Progress photos of drain prep, backing, wall board, waterproofing and other concealed work create a clear record before those areas are covered by finished materials.
Plan selections early
Tile, plumbing trim, glass, lighting and specialty fixtures can affect dimensions and schedule. Choosing them after framing or waterproofing begins can force changes that cost more than deciding early.
